GRP Hot Press Panels which are molded from Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) comprising “E”glass fiber reinforcement and formulation of selected resins (Isophthalic Unsaturated polyester).GRP Hot Press Panels are manufactured using SMC Hot Pressed Molding Technology with high pressure molding at 150°C thus creating a strong, uniform and stable panel construction. There are two types of Cold Press panel tanks:

• Insulation: Standard Panel Tanks are available in insulated and non-insulated types. In the Insulated panels polyurethane foam is added in the middle layer during manufacturing process
• Non-Insulation:Without insulation inside the structure of panel tanks and using a special foam as core.

20,000 U.S GALLON GRP CYLINDRICAL WATER TANK
EFG make fiberglass potable and industrial water tanks are high quality standards, which are manufactured. They are strong, durable and can resist any bacterial algae and fungus to provide clean drinking water. EFG tanks are made of best quality food grade polyester resin. These tanks are available from a wide range of capacity. The water tanks are manufactured under strictly hygienic conditions and are designed to ensure that there is no accumulation of dirt, dust and algae formation on the contact skin of the tank with water. EFG make tanks are not affected by ultra violet rays and have excellent weathering properties and easy maintenance.

Specifications

The following manufacturing specifications are generally followed by “Eissa Fiber Glass LLC".

• Gelocat of 0.5mm thickness to provides chemical resistance. Our general color of gel coat is white. Any other color if required, available on request.
• Resin content 60-70% by weight to assist reinforcement for chopped strand mat.
• Resin content 45-55% to provide strength and rigidity for woven roving.
• E-glass surface mat (450gms/m2) or synthetic layers are used consisting of approximately 90% resin by weight. Thickness of the reinforced layers is generally 0.5mm. This protective barrier against corrosion.
• Gelcoat finishing on outside the tank.
• For joints provided GRP putty and chopped stand mat cover with Gelcoat.
• Structure of the tank includes 1mm thick Gelcoat interior finishing, a surface mat is provided to protect inner coating. Adequate layers of fiber-mat and woven roving layers will be applied according to the thickness using required resin and chemicals to suit the usage of tank. The cover coat will be given with waxed coating to get clear look.
• The external surface of tank is top coated with wax added UV top coat polyester resin. Tank body (Laminate) thickness is manufacture by using UV resistance polyester resin. These provided UV resistance to the tanks.
• Tanks have special layer inside the tank wall using vinylister resin with fiber which provides protection as a chemical resistance.
• After building up the tank wall layers of fiber glass chopped strand mat impregnated with polyester resin applied. Further laminations are built on this special layer to complete the tank wall thickness.
• Tank includes inlet, outlet, overflow, grain, vent and manholes. All tanks will have provisions for fixing standard connectors .Connectors will be provided along with tank only on request.

• CYLINDRICAL- HORIZONTAL TANKS

These tanks are cylindrical and sectional in shape containing a horizontal leg. Method Specifications

• Septic Tanks and Soak Aways are available in capacities ranging from 300 U.S. Gallons to 20,000 U.S Gallons. They are available in diameters ranging from 1 to 2.80m to suit the exact requirements of various locations.
• Septic Tanks are specially designed and manufactured for underground use to withstand the extreme corrosive soil conditions and environments. They can be installed even in extreme condition such as areas where sub oil water is very high. They are designed and molded to suit most of the corrosive chemicals present in the sewage and withstand high degree bacteriological action.
• Septic Tanks are provided with digestive chambers, manholes and piping system to enable the sewage to get digested efficiently and lighter effluent passes in to the soak away where it under goes utmost absorption within the soak away material itself and the areas surrounding it.
• Septic Tanks & Soak Aways confirm to relevant municipality specifications and practices. They are manufactured, designed and installed as per approvals from Municipalities of the Gulf.

Method of Statement

• Excavate the land where bury the tank as per the dimension of the tank.
• Use sand for filling the tank.
• Firstly fill the sand in both sides equally.
• After completed the side filling only cover the tank completely with sand. We recommend 30 cm to 40 cm sand on top of the tank.
• Vehicle is not allowed to pass through the buried tank.
• Do not use mud for burring the tank because if the tank over flowing, mud will become wet and increase the load, will not sustain the tank.
• For making manhole on top of the tank, first apply minimum 4" thick concrete then start brick work.
• Do not allow to over soak the tank.
• Remove waste water periodically.
• Do not remove Air-Vent from the tank without manufacturer's instruction.

• Top Hat Ribs: Tanks have built-in GRP top hat ribs. These ribs provide additional strength and resist deformation. No internal stiffeners are used.
• Pedestals: GRP pedestals are externally laminated to the tank body. GRP pedestals are separately molded and are strong enough to support the weight of the tank. As the pedestals are externally laminated to the tank body, the tank can be completely drained out.
• Fittings: Tanks have special strengthened areas for fittings as built-in shape as part of the tank. Tanks are provided with overflow, drain supply and delivery fittings. The fittings are of UPVC. The size of the fittings is specified in our drawing, as per the capacity of the tank. The tank shall have 2 No’s UPVC Air Vents for air ventilation.

EFG chemical are made from the latest plastic raw material H.D.P.E. This material provides superior stress cracking and chemical resistance, unmatched low temp, impact and good toughness properties. • Pillars: 75mm diameter GI pipes are used as our standard pillars. But 100mm diameter pillars are available upon request. The height of the pillar depends upon the site conditions and location. All pillars would be primed and painted with alkyd based enamel paint. Epoxy pain is available upon request. GI nuts bolts & washer used for fixing shall be of M-10x40mm
• Foundation: Cement Concrete footing of size-40x40x50mm provided for foundation

Designed specifically to meet customer requirements, GRP kiosks provide a long term solution too many industrial and indeed commercial applications. Our unique manufacturing methods allow us to construct GRP kiosks up to 50m in length, 12m in width and approximately 6m high. For larger GRP Kiosks, multiple panel design configurations are utilized to overcome mould restrictions.
